    • To rent our motorized boats, you must be at least 21 years of age & have a valid driver’s license & credit card.

    • Motorized boat operators born after 1/1/1974 must have completed the required Boater Safety Course from their home state or province & show proof of certification at the time of Boat Rental.

  • We recommend using the closest public parking at the Pease lot (click here for directions). Please remember to pay at the lot kiosk or with the Parkmobile app.

  • Lake Champlain is VERY large. You are only allowed to use our boats within our usage area (click here for map)

  • Dogs are allowed on certain boats and not allowed on others. Please see the boat description on the reservation platform and notify us of any non-human passengers you intend to bring with you.

  • Yes. Your fuel usage will be charged at the end of the reservation. You only pay for the gas you use.

  • Insurance is optional. When you make a reservation, you will have the option to purchase a policy with coverage that matches your needs.

  • Yes. We provide water skis, tubes, and the required life vests for such activities.

  • Each boat has a maximum capacity plate. The maximum capacity for persons and the maximum total weight cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. You will see each boat’s capacity on the reservation page.

  • If you are having trouble booking online, please call us at 802-242-1343

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to a reservation will be refunded in full minus credit card processing fees.

    • Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to a reservation will not be refunded.  If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please make sure to do so 48 hours before your reservation.  Please check the weather forecast 3 days before your reservation.

    • If we have to cancel your reservation for any reason (including dangerous weather, equipment failure, etc) your deposit will be credited in full for a future reservation of your choosing.  Please note that rain is not a cause for cancellation.  Reservations are rain-or-shine.  Thunder, lightning, and high winds are causes for cancellation.

    • You will also have the option to purchase “reservation protection” from a third-party who can provide a %100 refund of your reservation deposit.  This optional service is between you and the provider. 

  • Rentals are rain or shine, once you leave the dock there are no refunds or in-store credits. 

    • If you decide to cancel a reservation we will take your deposit and put it as an in-store credit to be used anytime in the future for a boat rental. Deposits cannot be used towards gasoline. You must provide notice in order to avoid losing the deposit.

    • For any rental that leaves our dock, once you pay for the boat there are no refunds or in-store credits. You will sign the contract that you understand this policy. When you come to pick up the rental, you have the option to shorten the reservation or modify the dates BEFORE you leave. However, once you pay for it and take the boat we do not refund or issue any credits if you return early.

  • Yes.  We do not provide fishing poles, licenses or bait.
